I bring together experience as a leader, coach, and team builder.

Over the course of my career, I've led teams, supported organizational transformation, and partnered with leaders navigating growth, change, and complexity. Those experiences taught me that sustainable success depends not only on strategy and execution, but on how people think, communicate, and work together.


Today, I help individuals and teams build the awareness, clarity, and alignment needed to create meaningful impact.


My approach combines real-world leadership experience with professional training in executive coaching, team coaching, and coaching across cultures. My coaching training includes:

  • Team Coach training through Brown University and ACT Leadership
  • Coaching Across Cultures training using Philippe Rosinski's Cultural Orientations Framework (COF)
